The Eclipse Foundation Committer Badge Program recognizes individuals for their expertise, commitment, and contributions to open source projects. Eclipse Committers are the individuals who, through the recognition by their peers of their valued contributions, have earned the responsibility to decide what code goes into the code base, they decide how a project builds, and they ultimately decide what gets delivered to the adopter community.
Committers will receive a digital badge certificate, verifying their status and recognizing their skills and accomplishments.
Join us at TheiaCon, the annual virtual conference focused on the Eclipse Theia IDE ecosystem. It brings together a diverse group of Theia developers, adopters, and other contributors. The program will feature a mix of full-length talks, expert panel discussions and short lightning talks featuring project contributor insights, adopter stories, and work being done in the broader ecosystem.
We're collaborating with OpenLogic on their annual State of Open Source survey, examining the use and management of open source software. The survey will be used to create the 2024 State of Open Source Report. We're excited to learn about how organizations use open source software and the challenges they face. We invite Eclipse community members to participate in the survey to help us gain valuable insights and improve the industry. Take the survey!
