I am Owen from XMind, an Eclipse RCP mind mapping software which won the best Eclipse RCP application 2008.

We received a lawyer's letter from MSF saying XMind infringe the US patent No. 6166736 (See attached) owned by TheBrain Technologies LP. The patent talks about the drag-and-drop functions of tabs and window frames, which is, in fact, a function of Eclipse. You can find it in eclipse's codes and help documents. Every application based on Eclipse Platform even Eclipse itself uses it.

Do you think All Eclipse RCP software infringes the US patent No. 6166736?
